Training.
How should I go about training my junior? How do I bring out his leadership qualities and capabilites? I only have a few months, but I need him to be better than me. I need a plan.
I think I need 2 of my juniors to work hand-in-hand. I need to organize my thoughts and come up with a monster training, soon, real soon.
Any suggestions how I should go about bringing out one's potential?
